NOTE :
I.     Enter mobile no and click on Generate OTP button.
II.    OTP will be sent to the entered mobile no. Treat this OTP as confidential and do not share it with anyone.
III.   Enter the OTP in the textbox and click on Validate button. You also have a Resend OTP option incase if have not received the OTP.
IV.   If the entered mobile no is ALREADY registered with the B H U M I J A portal, then you will be auto logged in to system.
V.    If the entered mobile no is NOT registered with the B H U M I J A portal, then registration form will be shown to the user.
VI.   Enter all the mandatory fields and click on Create ... button.
VII. Once the registration is completed you will be auto logged in to system.
